Our boutique whiskey tastings last 40-90 minutes based on your needs. Use your own videoconferencing or ours, or inquire about in-person experiences.

Bourbon 101
OUR MOST POPULAR TASTING—America's native spirit, bourbon, has seen a huge comeback in popularity over the past two decades. In this experience that includes (3) 375ml whiskeys and a water dropper, we’ll talk about what makes a bourbon a bourbon, how the grains included in a mashbill impact flavor, why and how charred new oak is so crucial to the character of bourbon, and the emerging field of bourbons finished in other types of barrels.

Barrell Craft special release
SEASONAL TASTING—This (4) 100ml whiskey tasting lineup from Barrell Craft Spirits showcases some of the oldest bourbon you’ll see, as well as three special whiskeys “finished” in a mix of barrels ranging from pear brandy to rum to wine. While these whiskeys are showstoppers, rest assured that our team always tailor the every tasting class to the knowledge level and interests of YOUR participants.

Whiskey library exclusives
Our Whiskey Library Exclusives (WLE) experiences include (3) custom-bottled 200ml bottles of rarer and more unusual whiskies that are not commercially available in 375ml bottles, as well as a water dropper, individually-wrapped bite of salted dark chocolate, and a ‘what to expect’ card. This custom-bottling by our partners allows us to feature the most sought-after whiskeys for tasting experiences you won’t see offered elsewhere.
